CATHRINE KIRKERUD
Cathrine Kirkerud is a graphic designer from the Scandinavian Design College in Denmark and Westerdals School of Communication. Cathrine has extensive experience from various assignments, including digital design, illustration, and several of PP's nostalgic dinnerware sets. Cathrine is, among other things, behind one of our newest dinnerware sets, Bølge.
Porsgrund Christmas Plates
At Porsgrund Porcelain Factory, a designer is given the honor of creating the Christmas plates for five consecutive years, and from 2021 to 2025, Cathrine Kirkerud is making her mark on this tradition. Her collection features a beautiful botanical theme, where nature's details shine in delicate porcelain motifs.
Porsgrund's Christmas plates have historically become coveted collector's items, loved for their craftsmanship and unique design.
