NORA GULBRANDSEN

Nora Gulbrandsen studied at the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry. She was artistic director at PP from 1928 to 1945, Gulbrandsen was known for her use of formal elements in her work. Her spherical vases, among other things, are one of Nora Gulbrandsen's hallmarks. The Stripe vase series is designed and inspired by Gulbrandsen.
