The Pors tableware is inspired by myrica gale – the aromatic plant that thrives in the marshes and heaths around Porsgrunn. This plant has been part of the region’s history for centuries and adorns Porsgrunn’s coat of arms, alongside the anchor in the PP logo. Historically, myrica gale was used as a home fragrance and in brewing beer. The PORS series carries on this rich tradition with delicate reliefs that add a unique tactile experience to the tableware.
