Terra – a rustic and functional series
Terra is a series made from terracotta clay, a ceramic material that means "baked earth" in Spanish. This material has been used for thousands of years for its unique properties and rustic appearance. The products in the Terra series combine decorative design with functionality and are designed for everyday use.
Terracotta is porous but withstands both cold and high heat. The products are oven-safe up to 260 degrees and can be used in a microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. To ensure durability, an initial treatment is recommended before use.
Before first use: Soak the product in water for 15–30 minutes, dry it off, and place it in a cold oven. Set the oven to a maximum of 260 degrees and let the product heat up gradually. Then allow it to cool to room temperature. Repeat if the product has not been used for a long time.
