The teapot is perfect for everyday use as well as for serving guests. A timeless porcelain product from Porsgrunds Porselænsfabrik, created to last – both in style and quality.
The teapot comes without a tea infuser and can be used with teabags or a tea filter for loose leaf tea, which is placed into the pot before hot water is poured over.
Different teas require different water temperatures and steeping times to bring out their best flavour.
Optimal temperature and steeping time are as follows;
- Green tea 1-3 min
- White tea 2-4 min
- Oolong tea 3-5 min
- Black tea 3-5 min
- Pu-erh 3-7 min
- Herbal tea 5-10 min
The teapot can, of course, also be used for freshly brewed, delicious coffee. Feel free to pour freshly brewed coffee from the coffee maker into the pot, to serve coffee from a pot that matches the rest of the tableware on the set table.
