The process for ordering logo mugs from Porsgrunds Porselænsfabrik

We make it easy for you to get custom logo mugs. Here's an overview of the process – from logo submission to delivery of finished mugs. Contact us to get started!

1. Submit your order/inquiry

Attach your logo and decorative elements as a vectorized file (.ai, .eps, or .pdf format). Images must be in TIFF or JPG format, with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. Logo colors must be specified with a Pantone number (PMS).
Design proposals are sent within 2–4 business days.

2. Approve sketch

After sketch approval*, we produce a sample that is sent to you for approval. This usually takes 3–5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
(*After sketch approval, sizes or design cannot be changed.)

3. Receive sample

You will receive a sample of the mug to ensure that the design meets your expectations.

4. Place order

Once the sample is approved, we start production. Delivery time is normally 6–8 weeks.
