Why do we collect personal data and what kind of information do we collect?
We collect and use your personal data for various purposes depending on who you are and how we come into contact with you. We collect the following personal data for the purposes stated below:
Responding to inquiries that come to us. Name, phone number, email address, and any personal data that may arise from the inquiry. The processing of personal data is based on a balancing of interests where we have assessed what information is necessary to help you with your query.

Magento is the website platform. It logs all sales and forwards orders to our ERP system (Navision).
Order history for our online customers is stored in our ERP system (Navision).
Advertising:
Adtraction stores order information for customers who shop via online ads.
Facebook tracks clicks to websites to charge for advertising.
Google Adwords tracks clicks to websites to charge for advertising.
Development and website functions:
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager show user behavior on the website to make the website more user-friendly. IP addresses are not displayed here.
Yotpo is our customer review program and allows you to review products you have purchased. Here you can choose to be anonymous if desired.
Klevu is our internal site search and tracks which keywords are entered.
Nosto shows relevant product recommendations to enhance your customer experience.
All processing of personal data that we undertake takes place within the EU/EEA area.
4. When you become a member of our customer club
The purpose of the customer club is to offer our members email newsletters with relevant offers, products, tips, and inspiration. Membership in the customer club is free and personal. You can at any time request to access, change, or delete stored personal data by contacting customer service via email or phone at the top of the privacy policy.
By registering for the customer club from July 1, 2018, you automatically agree that we create a customer profile for you to provide relevant and customized marketing. The personal data processed includes, but is not limited to, name, address (if provided), email address, phone number, date of birth (if provided), and transaction history. Your response to campaigns, coupons, email, or SMS mailings may be stored and used for the dissemination of offers and other information through social media and other digital communication networks.
Customer club members registered before July 1, 2018, will still be able to receive good offers via email, but you can at any time unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

5. Storage period
We store your personal data with us as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected. This means, for example, that personal data we process based on your consent will be deleted if you withdraw your consent. Personal data we process to fulfill an agreement with you will be deleted when the agreement is fulfilled and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been met.

You also have the right to request restricted processing, object to the processing, and claim the right to data portability.
