Terra – a rustic and functional series

Terra is a series made from terracotta clay, a ceramic material whose name means "baked earth" in Spanish. This material has been used for thousands of years for its unique properties and rustic appearance. The products in the Terra series combine decorative design with everyday functionality.

Terracotta is porous yet withstands both cold and high heat. The products are ovenproof up to 260 °C / 500 °F and can be used in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. For optimal durability, a first-time treatment before use is recommended.

Before first use: Soak the product in water for 15–30 minutes, dry it off, and place it in a cold oven. Set the oven to a maximum of 260 °C / 500 °F and let the product heat gradually. Then cool to room temperature. Repeat if there is a long break between uses.
