Rim Chip Guarantee
The Sense series comes with Porsgrund Porselænsfabrik's rim chip guarantee. This means that if you get a chip on the rim of the product, you will receive a new one – an extra assurance for your favorite products. The guarantee does not apply to broken products. If you get a chip on the rim of the product, you can bring the product to the store where it was purchased, along with the receipt, and you will receive a new one. If you purchased from the online store, please send us an email with your order number. The rim chip guarantee applies to private individuals. Sense plates and serving pieces are designed to withstand everyday use and can be used in the oven, microwave, and freezer, but avoid placing the product directly from the freezer into a hot oven. The products are safe to wash in the dishwasher.
