Nearly 140 years ago, Porsgrunds Porselænsfabrik was built by the Porsgrunn River. The knowledge of how to make porcelain came by sea with porcelain makers from Germany, and the porcelain from Porsgrund quickly became recognized for its high quality. Throughout all these years, the anchor has been our hallmark and stamp, and now this symbol shines in the new Maritime dinnerware. Maritime fits into our long tradition of blue-decorated dinnerware. In this dinnerware, modern shapes and lines meet the classic blue and maritime. The dinnerware has simple and timeless shapes designed to suit most occasions. The decor with a blue rim is delicate and light, and the iconic PP anchor is the finishing touch in the center of all the pieces.
