In July, we've drawn inspiration from Marte, behind the Instagram account @marte_pa_hvaler, who has created a table setting with a timeless maritime feel, perfect for the season's most enjoyable gatherings.
For this table setting, Marte wanted to create a classic maritime look – that feeling many long for all winter.
– The feeling of sea, sun, long summer evenings, and outdoor meals. For me, the Maritim dinnerware set exudes exactly this, and I love the anchor symbols.
The white tablecloth with blue checks forms a calm backdrop, while the Maritim dinnerware is allowed to shine. Yellow textiles and fresh lemons add warmth and energy, and the small "sailboats" made from half lemons and paper become a playful detail that adds the finishing touch.
Crisp lettuce leaves, fresh bread, and dill lie in the middle of the table – a simple, natural decoration that emphasizes the season's expression and makes the table feel alive without being over-decorated.
